ENTRADA PROJECT
A CONNECTED COMMUNITY
- St. Augustine, Florida -
The Entrada Community in St. Augustine, Florida, is a growing residential development offering various single-family homes by D.R. Horton. The community is designed with an emphasis on modern living and convenience, providing residents with a range of amenities and easy access to local attractions and services. In total, Green Dynamix delivered 2,860 plants, trees, and palms for this beautiful project.
HOTEL BARDO COURTYARD & BLOCK
AT ICONIC FORSYTH PARK
- Savannah, Georgia -
Set within one of Savannah's historic architectural landmarks, Hotel Bardo pairs urban refinement with the city's timeless character. The Greenery, Inc. handled the landscape installation in the courtyard and around the resort block, selecting 'Little Missy' boxwoods to bridge the building's modern and historic palettes and building a lush, layered courtyard to match the resort's oasis feel. Green Dynamix delivered 4,429 plants for the project.
MORRISON YARD APARTMENT COMPLEX
DESIGNER RESIDENCES, OFFICES & SHOPS
- Charleston, South Carolina -
Morrison Yard is a five-acre mixed-use development on the Cooper River, beside the Ravenel Bridge in Charleston. The project combines residences, retail, and office space, with courtyards and street-level landscape planned as carefully as the interiors. Green Dynamix supplied the plant and tree material to Baytree Landscape for the resident-only and public landscape installations throughout the property.

A LOW COUNTRY LIVING NEIGHBORHOOD

This new neighborhood for Ravenel, SC is poised to offer its community a wonderful way to live the low country lifestyle. Homecoming by True Homes is centrally located to Charleston, Kiawah Island and Hilton Head providing families with all the amenities the Low Country has to offer, and a breath of fresh air community atmosphere to call home. Green Dynamix delivered the plants, trees and palms for the entry way features and more when development was underway.
GRIFFIN ESTATE project
A UNIQUE RESIDENTIAL LANDSCAPE
- St. Augustine, Florida -
The Griffin Estate is a historic St. Augustine home where old-world details meet modern updates, and its landscape was designed and installed by Wacca Pilatka, a Jacksonville design-build firm co-owned by Nicholas Freeman and Tommy Richardson. New shade trees anchor the large yard, ornamental grasses line the entry, and at the back an exposed original stone wall sits among layered tropical and broad-leaf foliage. It's a carefully chosen plant palette placed with intent. Green Dynamix delivered more than 780 plants, trees, and palms for the project.
